Paul & Darron Spencer hail from Killeen,Texas and Lawton, Oklahoma respectively and have been married for 28 years. Upon retiring from the United States Army in 2005 they relocated to, and now call home, DeSoto Parish Louisiana and share a passion for cooking and road tripping to see the grandchildren.
We missed the "Garlic Shrimp Truck" on Oahu's North Shore, our last military assignment, and had to recreate a lil bit of "Paradise" in our own kitchen. And after years of enjoying our hand-made garlic infused olive oil with friends and family, we felt the time right to share with the world.
Our goal is to always hand produce the infusion of garlic in the oil to ensure desired concentration to maximize aroma and flavor.

Our oil can literally be used on everything to include beef, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, pasta, and every meal from breakfast to dinner.
Marinade protein (beef, chicken, seafood ect.) overnight in a small amount of our oil, season and prepare.
Marinade chicken overnight in our oil, season and prepare.
Marinade fish in our oil, season and prepare.
Marinade fillets overnight or a few hours prior to preparation, season and blacken.
Rub with our oil, season and smoke or grill your ribs.
